The online pulp-fiction anthology, Schlock Magazine [link] , is now on its special Steampunk issue, offering a number of short stories, illustrations, and more.

It came to me... from spaaace!

Kidding, it's an enemy sprite from the Metal Slug games, a Martian to be precise. They always appear later in the games to invade the earth.
